Renovation and restoration can be confusing at times. Do you try to fix it
with caulk and spackle or do you remove the old to replace with new. Just
what do you need to do with the impaired condition? Do I bring it back to
its former, original condition (restore) or remove the decay and
deterioration and add new updated products (renovate).
This is where we can come to your aid with experienced
advice and direction. Most people don't do simple property maintenance and
then after a while they have an extreme condition like rotted wood,
termites, cracks, leaks and now of course the new
problem is molds and mildews. Be advised some city codes and
historical preservation laws do require their consent to renovate or restore
the property.
